IS THIS PROGRAMME A QUICK FIX?

No, this programme is not:
- a 6 week shred
- a 30 day transformation
- a meal plan that you follow 
- a list of foods that are allowed and banned

WHAT WILL THE PROGRAMME INVOLVE?

- an initial assessmnet and 3 day food diary
- there may be some follow up questions based on these. This is to ensure I understand your lifestyle and habits and assess what is best for you
- take photos and measurements (if they are part of your goal)
- weekly online check in
- optional video/phonecalls (depending on which plan you choose)

WHAT IS THIS PROGRAMME?

- a bespoke plan tailored to you. Looking at where you are now and where you want to be

- encouraging small habits over time which will help to achieve sustainable results

- 1/2 areas to focus on each week without making dramatic changes overnight

- improve your knowledge of food

- look at mindset in relation to food and other areas of health in your life

- building a foundation of healthy habits

- aims for progress, not perfection

HOW IS A NUTRITION COACH DIFFERENT

A nutrition coach aims to guide you through the journey to achieve your goals. This can be through nutrition, mindset and building habits. It is about being there to support you through the journey and to give you accountability when you need it. It is more of a conversation than me telling you what you should do, you will be enraged in the process and the decision making process

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER

The packages that are available are either Nutrition only or Nutrition and Training. Each type of plan has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The difference between the packages is the option to have video calls or phone calls along with your online weekly check ins. The individual service you receive is still the same, regardless of the package you choose.

I HAVE NO ACCESS TO A GYM, CAN I STILL DO THE TRAINING?

Absolutely! This is a tailor made programme, not a 'cookie cutter' plan for you to follow. We will discuss your experience, time availability and equipment to design a plan that meets YOUR needs.

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO DO THE PROGRAMME FOR

That is completely dependent on you. I aim to educate you so that you can use these tools forever. For some people that will happen quicker than for others, plus some people enjoy having the accountability of a Coach. The minimum amount of time is 3 months, this is because we are making small changes and build habits. And that takes time!!
